Lightning conductor

This is my entry to Stu's Tuesday challenge "People At Work" (nearly too late)! It was taken in the summer of 2006 when I went to see Maris and her band perform in Bournemouth Pleasure Gardens. Whilst I didn't get a model release form filled in, I did upload all the pics to FlickR and send the link to her so the band could see them. I wonder if that's (nearly) OK?

I like that a lot. It's a sharp image but the movement in the hands captures the feeling of movement, which works really well!

Aha!

So THAT's why you were ringing me... sorry old chum, I was up to my eyes in it and then I forgot until I just saw your blog.

I'm sure he won't mind.

I've just re-read my comment and realised it doesn't make sense!! That'll teach me to change my mind about what I was going to write half way through! What I wanted to say was that the "blurring" of the hands captures the feeling of movement!

Thanks, Maris - correct, I hope you don't mind, only I noticed you said you might use one of him in the chat the other night - I came in just after you'd gone! So it was your fault, 'cos you reminded me! :D

I've already begged for Stu's forgiveness - I didn't realise you mustn't use old pics - silly of me.

made the same mistake as you Lois, used an old picture...

BTW Stu was wrong about getting permission from the subject. its polite to I guess, but as it was taken in a public place you don't need to...
